Catering is a one year course on a certificate level. We have got professional and well trained instructors. The enrollment is open to everyone regardless of age, education level, tribe and religion. We do both formal and non-formal exams. We offer 60%of practical skills and 40% theory. In practical lessons, learners practice in food and beverage services, and production. On top of that, learners do daily cooking and services for the staff and learners’ meal which is well balanced for both nutritional and learning purposes which gives them exposure however it is done in shifts such that there are no interruptions in the daily class time table. We also have housekeeping lessons all under instruction and supervision of teachers. Apart from teaching, we also offer outside catering services and functional cakes.
