20150917_151842Badminton at Sharing Youth Centre was introduced in 1991 by a white fathers volunteer by the names of Jean Begin Francoise of French Canadian descent. Sharing has gone on to become the badminton power house of Uganda producing players who have with time held the top spot in country in the junior boys and girls, men and ladies categories.

Players who held the number one national spot include, Frank Nsubuga (R.I.P), Gilbert Ofuyuru, Okumu Brian, Nakamya Annet, Nankabirwa Margaret, Wilson Tukire,Herbert Ebayo, Edwin Ekiring, and the list goes on. Very many youngsters are rising in the ranks at the moment and are the future of the sport in the country.
